Jack and Jill is a non-profit, non-denominational, cooperative nursery school, fully licensed by the state of Connecticut. Any family that wants to be actively involved in their child's education is welcome in the cooperative. Parents can volunteer for a classroom project, donate special treats or supplies, serve on a school committee, or share their culture, talent, hobby or profession with the class.

As a member of the cooperative each family is expected to pay tuition on time, clean the school a maximum of twice a year (a 45-minute endeavor) and participate in fund-raisers.

Parental involvement enables us to create a bridge for children from their homes to a wider world. It also enables us to keep operating costs to a minimum.
